We are currently seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant coordinates recruiting and employee engagement tasks to support our staff and management, as well as some other administrative HR tasks. The HR Assistant sets a positive and welcoming tone for new hires, and partners with employees and management throughout the year to continue elevating the employee experience at Clarendale. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities: - Coordinate with managers on posting open positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews with applicants, participating in interviews and calling applicant references, as needed. - Manage the pre-hire process with new hires, completing all required steps to have new hires start as quickly as possible and communicating with them throughout the process. - Coordinate with managers on first week departmen...
