Resource Co-Ordinator Location: Tayside, Perth & Kinross (base) Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time (37) Salary: £28,191.87 We are looking for a Resource Co ‑ ordinator to provide an effective, customer‑focused service that supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality care services within a defined area. Reporting to the Senior Resource Co‑ordinator, you will develop a strong understanding of service requirements, individuals’ needs and preferences, and staff availability and skills. By bringing this information together, you will proactively match staffing resources to service needs in a fast‑moving environment — helping to ensure effective service delivery, maximise staffing efficiency and minimise reliance on agency staff. You will act as a central point of contact for staff deployment and rota management using Ark’s Information Management System (AIMS), working closely with local management teams and contributing to system development and continuous improvement.
