As a Crew Leader, you will be expected to provide direction and leadership to your team on a variety of tasks. You will work closely with your supervisor to define the daily, weekly and monthly goals and ensure your team is meeting expectations. You will ensure the team has all the necessary training, tools and resources to accomplish their assigned tasks. We are looking for hands-on leader who breathes Lean Manufacturing. While this is an exciting opportunity for professional growth, it is not meant for everyone! Being a crew leader is difficult.
