Classification Title: Associate/Professor Classification Minimum Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: - MD or DO degree - Board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology - Academic rank of Associate Professor or Professor preferred (or qualifications to support appointment at that level) - Eligibility for Florida medical licensure Job Description: NEURORADIOLOGIST, SECTION CHIEF UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA GAINESVILLE: The Department of Radiology at the University of Florida is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Clinical Associate Professor or Professor. This role may be offered on a tenure or non-tenure track and will be based primarily at UF Health Shands in Gainesville. Responsibilities include providing patient care—such as neuroimaging interpretation and CT- and ultrasound-guided procedures in both adult and pediatric patients—as well as teaching residents and medical students. The position also supports clinical practice at the University of Florida Children’s Hospital, which offers a comprehensive range of pediatric tertiary care services and subspecialties.
