Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus and effective communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to: - Participate in daily safety meetings with subcontractors and clients. - Participate in the daily toolbox talks and/or the Construction Manager’s morning meeting. - Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and practices. - Adhere to all Company and industry standards and regulations. - Ensure good housekeeping throughout site. - Complete Safety Observation Cards (minimum of 1 per day). - Verify all material deliveries, to include counts and signing Material Transfer Forms (MTFs). - Follow proper safety procedures when using electrical testing and communications equipment. - Develop and maintain a positive company image, both internally with fellow employees and with customers. - Responsible for the upkeep of all company-issued tools and equipment.
