Job description

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team at SRM Concrete. Qualifications: - Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations and assists with month-end close procedures - Assist with preparation for audits and quarterly reporting requirements. - Strong analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and provide resolution to senior management. - Ability to analyze current business work flows and productivity - Strong communicator with established skills in accuracy, organization and working in a high-volume dynamic environment. - Team player looking to help on projects wherever needed and assist in training accounting staff - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls - Ensure compliance with GAAP principles - Full cycle accounting experience - Ability to prioritize and balance multiple job duties - Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines - Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance - 4+ years of experience with public accounting or private experience - Experience working with Microsoft dynamics and proficient Microsoft excel skills/ - Quickbooks/Concur/ERP systems Require...
