Position Overview Power your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Project Manager. Our Project Managers are responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, control and close-out of major power generation projects. We are supporting the build of a new combined cycle independent power generation facilities to support the power demands on our electrical grid. Employees in this role must have project management experience with power generation facility construction projects. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic project management leadership for large and complex power generation projects - Responsible for leading projects through all internal and external processes, and successfully navigate each project through stage gates through to completion - Responsible for the overall management of the project scope, schedule, and cost - Accountable for key project decision-making - Manage a collaborative project team to ensure project success - Lead overall project – coaching, conflict resolution, facilitation, motivation, and negotiation - Responsible for leading project meetings - Accountable to develop, update and manage the project plan associated wi...
