What you’ll Do: The Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily AR activities, including past due and aged invoice follow-up, dispute and issue resolution, and account reconciliations for a team of Accounts Receivable associates. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across the end-to-end AR process. This role will work closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to remove process barriers, drive timely issue resolution, and increase payment efficiency. The AR Team Lead plays a critical role in optimizing cash flow and supporting the organization’s financial objectives.
