Job description

Amentum, a global leader in critical mission support, engineering, technology, and national security solutions, is seeking a Bus Driver Part-Time to support a government contract based in Kings Bay, Georgia. POSITION SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, drives buses up to 44-passenger capacity with air brakes as required to transport personnel throughout the base and on public roads and highways. Ensures that passengers are seated and that the vehicle is not loaded beyond capacity. Completes trip tickets and preventive maintenance service records. Performs drivers' maintenance in accordance with established rules and regulations to include vehicle cleanliness. May perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years driving experience in a professional capacity with a safe driving record. Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers' License (CDL) with passenger endorsement for size and type vehicle required. No restriction for air brakes on CDL.
