Our Company Gateway Pediatric Therapy: Overview: The Clinical Supervision Specialist provides remote, high-quality client supervision to support clinicians in delivering effective, compliant, and clinically sound ABA services. This role is dedicated to strengthening clinical quality control and optimizing authorization utilization across cases, without carrying a direct caseload. The Specialist partners closely with clinical teams to ensure consistency, adherence to best practices, and alignment with organizational and payer expectations. Responsibilities: - Creating appropriate programming for the client based upon the results from initial and ongoing evaluations, needs of the client, as well as provide support utilizing best ethical practices. - Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision based upon the guidelines set forth by the specific insurance company or community mental health organization in addition to the specifications listed within Gateway policies and procedures. - Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment. - Meet with clinical and treatment staff, as needed, to help assist in case management and staff co...
