About the Role Veho is redefining last-mile delivery—and we're looking for a Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition who will do the same for how we hire. This isn't a "keep the lights on" recruiting role. We're looking for a builder: someone who sees TA as a competitive weapon, can translate business strategy into hiring action, and has the conviction to raise the talent bar—even when it's hard. As Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition, you will own Veho's recruiting strategy end-to-end—from employer brand to offer close. You'll lead a high-performing recruiting team, build the systems and operating cadence to hire at Veho speed, and partner directly with our executive team to make hiring a true P0 business priority. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a mix of strategic vision and operational excellence, with regular interface with Veho's executive team.
