Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manager of Software Development to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team while driving the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions. This role blends people leadership, hands-on technical guidance, and delivery accountability. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and the Regional R&D Director to align roadmaps, improve processes, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality. You’ll serve as a key escalation point for team challenges and play a critical role in fostering a collaborative, results-driven engineering culture. This role will be involved in the software development process as well as management activities.
