About the Opportunity SEO, GEO, AEO… if these genuinely fascinate you, this role could be for you. Search is evolving rapidly, but rankings and visibility still matter. We’re increasing investment in our eCommerce offerings and are looking for a Content Optimisation Specialist to join us in this newly created role, where you’ll gain deep, practical experience in content optimisation and search performance. This is a hands‑on, operational role where you’ll take ownership of optimising website content across Mitre 10 and Home Hardware, from keywords research and analytics through to writing SEO/AEO product descriptions and engaging blog content. You’ll play a key role in driving organic growth across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.
