Job description

Provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance and Pavement Management Programs. Provide management and strategic leadership over the Roadway Inventory, performance planning and development and partnerships with assigned districts. Provide leadership, direction and engineering expertise for the engineering services. Provide technical and administrative assistance, technical expertise and support to Central Office and District field personnel, contractors, federal, state and local government agencies and suppliers relevant to program areas. How you will contribute: - Budget Development: May oversee or assist in the development and management of the division budget. Maintain close communication with agency financial divisions and the district program areas. - Direct: Direct Maintenance Division to develop and maintain Roadway Inventory Management System (RIMS); ensure Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) data is submitted to FHWA. - Employee Performance: Ensure personnel matters are addressed timely and in accordance with established HR Division policy and procedures.
