Your Mission As the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Director, you will be the single point of accountability for the Nexus program. You will: - Stabilize and govern the program, ensuring alignment across Business, IT, and Group functions - Lead the design and validation of AS-IS and TO-BE processes, embedding AI enablement and offshoring capabilities - Take control of the ERP integrator, ensuring delivery, financial discipline, and contractual compliance - Prepare the organization for global rollouts by building internal capabilities and reinforcing program governance - Simplify the ERP landscape, defining a long-term strategy aligned with operational and strategic goals. What You’ll Do: Program Leadership & Governance: - Own the end-to-end S/4HANA transformation from Core Model to Poland Pilot. - Define and operate a robust governance model with clear decision-making and escalation paths. - Act as the primary interface between Business, IT, CDO, ERP integrator, and Group functions.
