BASIS Cedar Park is seeking qualified candidates for a Dean of Students to join our bright, passionate team! The Dean of Students plays a critical role in fostering a positive, achievement-oriented school culture. The role centers on ensuring the academic performance, behavior, and overall well-being of students. As a visible and engaged presence in the school, the Dean of Students supports teachers, students, and families, and is a key player in maintaining the high standards of BASIS Curriculum Schools. Key Responsibilities: Role-Specific Responsibilities: - Focus on monitoring and improving student behavior and academic performance. - Build and maintain a strong, positive, achievement-oriented school culture. - Oversee and support procedures for student conduct, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. - Maintain student discipline and document behavioral incidents. - Coordinate academic support programs under the direction of the Director. - Monitor student arrival, dismissal, and daily attendance. - Assist students with academic and social challenges. - Collaborate with teachers on classroom management and communication with parents and students. - Provide guidance and supp...
