About the Job: The Clinical Dietitian will provide nutritional care to patients in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation through medical record review, clinical assessment, diet education, communication with nursing, physician, and ancillary staff. What You’ll Do: Completes nutrition screening within established timeframe and conducts the nutrition assessment when warranted. Maintains in-depth knowledge of metabolism and nutrition in relation to specialized area of patient care.
