On a daily basis this role will be accountable for providing administrative support and act as a referral point to the Motor Assessors and Motor Assessing Managers whilst ensuring a consistent delivery of insurance claims services to our members. This is achieved by having great conversations over the phone and by accurate information recording on our systems. We have 1 Full Time Permanent position and 1 Full Time 12 month contract/secondment position.
