Equitable is seeking a dynamic and influential Life Sales Desk Manager to join our team. This role provides strategic leadership and hands-on direction for all aspects of the Life Sales Desk, a core function responsible for driving life insurance sales and meeting critical sales objectives. The Life Sales Desk Manager will lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional outbound sales support and solutions to Financial Professionals (FPs) across multiple sales channels. This position plays a key role in strengthening distribution relationships, advancing sales effectiveness, and supporting the broader sales organization. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on-site presence of 2-3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration.
