Location: La Porte, TX: Classification: Salary/Exempt Reports to: CEO Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on and strategic HR Manager to oversee HR operations for a team of two, supporting industrial field employees. This role demands agility, with the ability to change gears throughout the day to address various HR needs. Key responsibilities include driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong employee relations. This role will also oversee compliance for craft employees in a fast-paced, operational setting.
