- Salary: 8/9 $120,866 - $149,960 + 17% Superannuation, depending on experience - Full-time, ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week) About the Role: The Employee Relations Manager will provide senior, specialist advice on complex employment and industrial relations matters, supporting leaders across the University to manage risk, resolve issues effectively, and deliver fair and consistent outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director, Employment & Industrial Relations, the role operates at both a strategic and operational level. You will lead and manage complex ER casework, support enterprise bargaining, enterprise agreement implementation and employment compliance initiatives, and contribute to advocacy and representation in external tribunals as required. This role is suited to an experienced ER practitioner who enjoys working on high‑impact matters, applying sound judgement, and partnering with leaders to enable confident and effective people management.
