Specialist Nurse - Endometriosis | Spire Murrayfield Hospital, Edinburgh | Part time | Permanent Spire Murrayfield Hospital is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to provide exemplary planned care for patients on a part time basis working 10 hours per week. The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Endometriosis will provide expert care, support, and education to individuals affected by endometriosis. Serving as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, the CNS will lead in developing and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and promote awareness of endometriosis within the healthcare community. Duties and responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments, planning and evaluation of care for patients with suspected or confirmed endometriosis - Manage clinics, providing individualized care plans and interventions - Utilise advanced clinical skills to perform necessary diagnostic procedures and monitor results - Offer advice, support and information from the time of diagnosis and throughout the care pathway - Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and their families, addressing the psychological, physical and sexual impacts of endometriosi...
