Service Quality Manager

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure service quality standards are consistently met across operations - Monitor and improve the reliability of wired, e-tool, and downhole systems - Lead failure investigations, including root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions - Support field teams with job planning, tool readiness, and post-job performance analysis - Track service quality KPIs and prepare regular performance reports - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance tool performance and reduce downtime - Maintain accurate documentation related to failures, maintenance, and service quality processes - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process development Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - 3–7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably within drilling technology - Strong understanding of drilling processes and service quality principles - Experience in failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements Nice to have: - Hands-...
