The opportunity: As our Manager you’ll collaborate with many of the world's leading organisations, high growth companies, and private equity firms on some of the most sophisticated transactions in the global market. Your role will involve uncovering key value drivers, challenging assumptions about future performance, identifying hidden opportunities, and partnering with other EY service teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience for our clients - before, during and after the deal. Your key responsibilities: - Participate in financial due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
