Job Description Summary: Assist in the day-to-day management of Human Resources which may include one or more of the following areas: responsible for the administrative component of HR department and oversees office organization and recruiting/employment, benefits and pay administration, employee relations, and /or training for hotel employees. Maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR-related matters. Proficient in all HRIS components such as workday and ADP.
