Overview As a High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead at Linesight, you’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems on major construction projects. Working with diverse, high-performing teams, you’ll help deliver complex infrastructure safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards. The Opportunity: In this role, you will: - Lead /manage the entire lifecycle of the HV project, from design/ planning/ construction/ technical compliance, through to commissioning and handover. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. - Have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability and approach. - Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for complex HV systems. - Leading technical teams, coordinating with stakeholders, Designers, utility companies, and contractors. - Manage the design process and review/approvals process. - Manage adherence to the regional HV regulatory bodies. - Manage project risks and ensure compliance with local safety and quality standards. - A strong u...
