Department: 02254 AMG Park Ridge 1875 Dempster POB - OB/GYN: Gynecological Oncology Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: CLINIC HOURS: Park Ridge Clinic - Primary Location Monday – Friday; 8:00 to 4:30pm no holidays and weekends MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL 5 TO 8 DAYS A MONTH TO: 2 days to Advocate Dreyer Medical Group Outpatient - Aurora 2 days to Advocate Sherman Hospital - Elgin 1 day to Advocate Condell Medical Center - Libertyville Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Oncology, Gynecology or Woman's Health experience needed Major Responsibilities: - Uses the nursing process to provide ongoing care (assess, plan, intervention, and evaluation). Recognizes and responds to changes in a patient's status and need for care. Determines priorities of patient care based on essential patient needs. - Provides triage and consultation to patient, family, and/or significant others according to protocol and organization guidelines. Communicates with physicians and other members of the health care team.
