MDK is seeking a Senior Bankruptcy Paralegal to help protect our clients’ interests in bankruptcy matters—combining precision, business insight, and legal strategy to ensure every claim is filed with care and confidence. In this role, you will provide support to a team of legal professionals, handle specialized legal document preparation, hourly billing, and contested hearing matters, coordinate communication between clients and courts to keep cases progressing in a timely manner, and assist attorneys with resolving unusual or complex matters.
