Lead NFR Frameworks & Policies | GJA 20 GJA Profile: NFR Lead IV The Team: The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Frameworks & Policies (F&C) team is part of the CRO / NFR business line, and is based in both the Netherlands and Romania. The team focuses on maintaining and enhancing the NFR Framework including the key NFR global procedures and policies, supporting ING’s global risk management objectives, and ensuring user-friendly processes for internal stakeholders. Specific Function: The team is responsible for owning and maintaining the NFR Framework and related key NFR global procedures (e.g. risk mitigation & issue tracking, internal event management, risk identification & assessment, key control monitoring). Other activities related to the NFR Framework that fall in this team include 2LoD gatekeeper role for NFR, NFR Taxonomy and NFR methodology, ownership of Reputational Risk driver, contribute to relevant internal control documents owned by other (risk) domains and acting as the subject matter experts towards Integrated risk / COOR for any system changes.
