Job description

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1695 N Sunrise Way Palm Springs CA 92262. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with rotating weekends Job Responsibilities: - Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups - Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc. - Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner - Process billing information and collecting payments when required - Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis - Maintain patient and specimen information logs - Provide superior customer service to all patients - Administrative and clerical duties as necessary - Travel to additional sites when needed, Reliable transportation required Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED or equivalent - California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) Preferred Qualifications: - 3 months or more of experiences as phlebotomist Additional Job Standards: At LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
