Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) Key Responsibilities for this role include: This is a Stanford Health Care job. - Facilitating patient flow across kidney, liver, and lung transplant services sharing a common space - Serving as Lead MA for the clinic, including ensuring patient throughput and day-to-day flow - Guiding PCCs with diverse backgrounds and various years of experience - Administering of SQ and IM medications along with vaccinations - Supporting in-clinic procedures, including stent removal - Designing improved workflows that optimize efficiency of clinic resources - Coordinating with the Clinic Manager to develop and advance training resources - Demonstrating excellent patient experience through anticipating and fulfilling unique needs and kind, clear, and informative interactions - Maintaining technical proficiency including experience with Epic and Microsoft Office products A Brief Overview: As the top-tiered level in the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) ladder, a PCC IV has mastered...
