The role will leads sales and distribution within an assigned territory and is responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy that drives growth, retention, profitability, and overall market development. This role aligns company objectives with local market opportunities by leading agency recruitment, strengthening distribution partnerships, and serving as the primary connection between the field and Pharmacists Mutual’s underwriting, marketing, and distribution services teams to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated execution.
