Role Description The Business Change Lead is responsible for designing and delivering effective change strategies across Weir’s global business, ensuring the people side of change is embedded into programmes and initiatives from the outset. The role partners closely with programme, functional and business leaders to translate strategic intent into clear, actionable change plans that drive adoption, minimise disruption, and maximise business value.
