About the Role. The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of the Hospitality Futures Project in accordance with the grant objectives and Activity Work Plan. The role delivers a structured employment and training pathway program, supporting participants into hospitality roles within Barunga Village. This is a leadership-oriented project role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in program delivery, ensuring effective coordination, timely decision-making and responsiveness to participant and operational needs.
