Requirements: The role: We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team and support customers across the East Coast of the United States. This role will support a mix of customers, including a meaningful number of larger and more complex accounts, so we are particularly interested in candidates who are confident handling high-impact customer issues and working with multiple stakeholders.
