Security Supervisor/Training Officer

Job description

The Security Supervisor/Training Officer has dual responsibilities: 1) the design, development and provision of proper training to the Security department and 2) when needed, fulfill the responsibilities of the position of Security Supervisor. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. In coordination with the SGC Training Department, design, develop and provide training in regard to policies and procedures specific to Security Operations. 2. Maintains training records for the entire Security Department. 3. Implements new training techniques and ideas while working within the established Security procedures and guidelines of SGC. 4. Must keep constant communication regarding Training, with all SGC properties. 5. Identify and address training gaps related to Security job positions. 6. Responsible for developing as learning track for Security to increase retention performance. 7.
