As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Warranty Analyst. The Warranty Analyst administrators’ warranty, determining which repairs are warrantable. Receives and processes a full range of warranty claims, maintaining good vendor relations. - Administers proper warranty, working in the best interest of the customer, dealership, and vendor. - Works with Service Managers to ensure warranty is properly administered. - Works with Service Managers, Advisors, Foremen, and Technicians, so that proper terminology is recorded on the repair orders. - Follows-up with Service Managers to ensure all warranty parts are properly tagged and stored in the warranty holding area. - Prepares electronic warranty claims from the repair orders and processes all carry in parts warranties. - Prepares electronic warranty claims for DSFW customers. - Maintains control of o...
