Description Incarnate Word High School, an all-girls Catholic high school sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, seeks an Associate Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will have a 12-month work schedule. The school seeks to maintain a fully and authentically Catholic environment. Position Summary: As a member of the school leadership team, the associate principal is expected to make thoughtful decisions that support students and their academic, social, and emotional growth that are aligned with the Catholic faith and the mission of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word. Under the supervision of the principal, the associate principal serves as a leader on the campus. The associate principal is assigned by the principal to lead activities; support and supervise on the school site; supervise and evaluate support staff; supervise extracurricular activities; and ensure a safe, orderly campus and positive school climate. In the absence of the principal, the associate principal assumes leadership of the campus.
