Genomines is seeking a Laboratory Manager – Operations & Compliance to ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant day-to-day functioning of its laboratory facilities. This operational role supports R&D and production teams by maintaining laboratory infrastructure, safety standards, regulatory compliance, and logistics in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable EU/French regulations. Key Responsibilities: Ensure uninterrupted daily laboratory operations and facility upkeep. Coordinate installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, and servicing of laboratory equipment; maintain maintenance and calibration records. Implement and monitor laboratory safety procedures in compliance with EU and French HSE, biosafety, chemical handling, microorganism/GMO handling, and waste management regulations.
