People and Talent Coordinator – 3-month fixed term contract Soho, London: Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a trial, to be reviewed in 2026. The Role: Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working in close partnership with the Head of People Partnering, we are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused People and Talent Coordinator to support us during a busy period! You’ll provide essential administrative support across the entire People function, liaising daily with colleagues in Talent, Partnering, Operations, and Growth. You'll play a key part in the entire employee lifecycle, from a candidate's first contact to their ongoing journey with us, making this a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a fast-paced, global environment where you can deliver a five-star experience for candidates and employees alike.
