El Dorado Disposal , a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a safety conscious Buy Back Center Attendant/General Laborer to join our team in Placerville, CA ! This position supports daily operations across the Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and associated sites. The employee will work at Buy Back Centers during peak summer months and Traffic Director/Yard Laborer duties during the winter season. This role requires flexibility, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced industrial environment. The schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday 8AM - 4:30PM. Starting pay will be $23.00 per hour . The pay range for this job is $21-$23/hour. Responsibilities Include: Buy Back Centers (Primarily Summer Months) Assist customers with the redemption and purchase of recyclable materials. Sort, count, weigh, and process recyclable commodities accurately. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Maintain clean, safe, and organized customer and processing areas.
