Family Practice Charlton is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team! This position is eligible for a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities: If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now! - Practice medicine with physician supervision including conducting examinations and writing prescriptions. - Collaborate with physicians in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients. - Assess patient status by obtaining health history. - Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. - Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. - Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. - Counsel patient/family on preventive health care. - Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 annually: CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
