Qualifications: Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification required. - 1+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in commercial real estate or retail environments. - Experience supporting multi-unit or national retail portfolios preferred. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. - Experience with lease administration systems (e.g., Lucernex, CoStar, MRI, or similar). - Familiarity with legal document management systems. Core Competencies: - Strong knowledge of commercial lease terminology and legal documentation. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
