The Director, IKC Operations accomplishes company objectives by supervising the daily operations of a clinical operations team within the Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, and West Missouri markets. The Director will oversee managers and have overall responsibility for front-line teammates, while improving systems and processes to advance our overall clinical operations and effectiveness and achieve our clinical operations goals.
