Job Description: What will you be doing?: We're seeking a talented individual to join our Valuations and Modelling team, who will be responsible for preparing a wide range of valuations for accounting, tax, and commercial purposes (for non-contentious or contentious circumstances). In addition to business and share valuations, we also prepare valuations of intangible assets (often post-acquisition or for tax purposes) and complex securities (e.g. employee benefit share options and management share plans, warrants, etc.).
