Regular, full-time position | Pay: Hourly, starting between $25-$27 per hour | Schedule: Sun, 7a-9p; Mon, 9a-9p; Tues, 9a-9p | $15k sign-on bonus available to a new hire Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Medical Laboratory Technician, you will perform routine and special laboratory assays of patient specimens for use in the treatment and diagnosis of disease. You will report to the Supervisor. Primary Tasks: 1. You will perform laboratory tests including microscopic, chemical, hematological, immunologic, and bacteriologic according to established standards. 2. Maintain detailed records of tests performed and report results to appropriate personnel. 3. Understand and comply with laboratory Quality Control and Quality Assurance policies. 4. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and sterilize laboratory equipment. 5. Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies. 6. Use hospital and laboratory information systems and software. 7.
