Keen to learn a dynamic regulation? To further support its business model, Monument would like to hire an Operational Resilience Officer who will make a contribution to the resilience of the company. Responsibilities: ▪ Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA), including development, maintenance, and testing of continuity plans; ▪ Maintain the DORA framework, including documentation and operational tools; ▪ Oversee ICT third-party risk management, including risk assessments and monitoring; ▪ Ensure effective management and reporting of ICT-related incidents, in line with DORA requirements; ▪ Manage and report ICT-related incidents in line with DORA requirements; ▪ Deliver training and awareness on operational resilience topics; ▪ Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with DORA and EIOPA guidelines; and ▪ Ensure that professional standards are maintained, that all corporate requirements and reportingdeadlines are met, that records are maint...
