Responsibilities & Qualifications: Responsible for handling the disposition of coils that go on hold for both process and surface anomalies. Work closely with the Operators in determining the outcomes of all coils that are subject to the Hold conditions. Ensure that all coils are dispositioned in a timely manner and input results and reasons for issues into Novelis systems. Assist in problem solving quality issues on shift. Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with Operations regarding customer concerns/complaints Initiate root cause analysis/investigation for coils with significant recovery losses including WUL’s.
