RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities on all projects within an operating group Plan, coordinate, supervise, and direct planning and scheduling activities Ensure corporate planning and schedule standards are implemented and all project-related activities comply Review major mitigation efforts for conformance to company standards Provide oversight and supervision of scheduling team, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations Identify hiring needs and participate in hiring, discipline, and dismissal decisio...
