Plater Working Chargehand (Blue Hat) ENKA UK: Hinkley Point C Main Responsibilities:  Responsible to ensure that all necessary permit to work documents, drawings, materials, equipment are available and ensure coordination with other teams and departments.  Follow established job-site safety and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work area.  Review and interpret preassembly and installation drawings  Check the measurements before and after welding to ensure they are within project tolerances.  Check the withdrawn material against MWR if they are the correct required material  Organize the work activities, assign manpower and equipment for the work activities after getting the work permit and approved drawings.  To ensure works is done in accordance with the latest revision of the drawings.  To ensure safety working conditions of the working area before starting to work.  To conduct or attend safety toolbox meetings and DABS meetings every morning.  To report any unsafe situation or condition to his supervisor and safety officer and stop working.  To report the extra need...
